Daily Process:
- Receipt and Sorting:

- Digital Scanning: Scan important documents to create digital backups.
- Immediate Action:
- Urgent Items: Address urgent or time-sensitive documents promptly.
- Actionable Tasks: Identify and note tasks requiring immediate action.
- Filing System:
- Categorization: Place documents in respective folders according to the categorization system.
- Labeling: Clearly label each document with relevant information (date, description).
Weekly Process:
- Review and Organize:
